The company is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and distribution of industrial, wind and solar energy products. It was incorporated in 1990 and transacts business from its registered head office that is located in Orkoien, Spain. The company's business operations are divided into three segments: industrial unit, wind unit and solar unit. The industrial unit segment provides integral automated solutions for industrial companies, combining different specialist areas such as hydraulics, pneumatics, enclosures, structural aluminum profiles, electric drives, automation, and zero-gravity manipulations. The wind unit segment is involved in the design, development and manufacture of hydraulic and cooling components for wind turbines. The solar unit segment manufactures, produces and markets monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar panels, as well as components for parabolic cylinders.
